Green tea diet did have its fact to prove. The only issue is that the test was using concentrated extracts of green tea capsules and it didn’t state that how many cups of green tea equal to a capsule.  However, we still believe that drinking green tea every day can help weight loss and good health.

Dr. Abdul Dulloo from the University of Geneva in Switzerland has recently published a study report from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, proved that green tea can speed up the consumption of calories, especially consuming fat and it is particularly helpful for losing weight and getting slim. The researchers did a study with the green tea extract capsules, caffeine and other related materials for place controlled to see if the calories would be consumed faster after having the green tea capsules. The study found that the group who had the green tea capsules did burn calories faster and it had also accelerated the burning process of fat. However, caffeine and placebo did not have this effect. Therefore, it is indeed a very good news for the ladies who want to lose weight.

From the point of view, it did prove that green tea can help weight loss.
